During 2018-2019 Fall semester, within the frame of social resposibility projects, Near East University Prep School students and our lecturer Mrs. Pembe Kurtdereli Bilgiç visited various places to fufill the aim of the project ‘Knowing the place we live’. Lefke and Güzelyurt cities were visited, Güzelyurt archology Museum, Nature Museum, St. Mamas Church, Soli Ruins, Cengiz Topel monument and Mavi Pavilion (Çamlıbel) were visited. Students were informed about the importance of these places. They were all pleased to have spent such a remarkable day with their teachers .

During these trips, foreign students who are in our island for education had the chance to explore the history of the island. Our students were  thankful to the  Near East University authorities for this opportunity.
