Kemal Dikengil, was born on 27th November 1970 in London, England. He completed his primary school education at St. Michael's, secondary school education at University School and college, along with Polytechnic at Erith Polytechnic. He continued his higher education at Near East University, where he received his B.A. degree in English Language and Literature. He began his teaching career at Near East Junior School, then moved onto Near East College and is currently continuing at Near East Preparatory School.
