I was born in 1976, in Nicosia,Cyprus. After completing my secondary school education at 20 Temmuz Secondary School. I started my university education at European University of Lefke in 1993. After graduation from the ELT department I started teaching at Sehit Turgut Secondary School in Güzelyurt, Cyprus. After a year of teaching there, I went to England to do an MA in ELT at the University of East Anglia, Norwich. I completed my MA degree in 2000. Then ı moved to Buckinghamshire in the South East of England for a teaching position at Shelburne First School. In 2002, I came back to Cyprus and started teaching English at Cyprus University. After a year experiencing adult teaching, I decided to teach younger age groups therefore I began teaching at Near East College in 2003. In 2018 I moved to Near East Preparatory School after 15 years of teaching at the college and am currently teaching English at this institute. I am married with two children.
