With the aim of raising awareness on  taking care of the elderly is not only the duty of the state but it is a social responsibility of everyone, a visit to Lapta Nursing Home for Eldery was organized by Administrative Unit responsible for  Social Responsibility and Coordination.

The needs of elderly people at Lapta Nursing Home was taken into consideration while donating on behalf of the English Preparatory School lecturers and students.

During the visit the students had emotional moments while  kissing the hands of the elderly, giving them carnations and reading letters they had written. The English Preparatory School lecturers and students stated that the elders living in Huzur Evi had no expectations other than love, attention, understanding and remembrance and this was a great experience for all of them.
