Purpose: To secure teaching, research and community engagement processes in line with national and international standards; to increase student and stakeholder satisfaction; and to ensure continuous improvement through data-driven management and a risk-based approach.
Scope: Covers program design, instruction, assessment and evaluation, student support services, faculty development, and resource management.
